SOOC Saturday: Playdoh trains

Slurping Life

Bitty did this all by himself with playdoh the other day.

And for a little deja vu - big brother Bearhug made a similar playdoh creation when he was 2 1/2.

The boys in our house love trains, what can I say? Here's a couple more pics just for fun. Bearhug decided to make himself a playdoh hat (and do you see the red masterpiece on the wall behind him?? that's another trait Little Bitty shares with his brothers...)

Meanwhile Cuddlebug was busy making some playdoh "snacks."

Playdo is such a great manipulative toy. I love looking back at photos of my children when they were younger. Photos are such precious keepsakes - better than Playdo! lol

Boys and trains :-) Love these shots! They look like they are having so much fun. Playdoh was a favorite when I was a kid. Unfortunately my youngest thinks its a food group...ugh!

Good work, boys. Good shots, mom. Your guys are so darn cute.

Play Doh was always a favorite in younger years. Occasionally they still pull it out.

That's pretty good! Better than I can do, for sure. I'm impressed.

See my children just don't like trains; it pains me. I mean, I like trains...I set them up for them...what's the deal?

Playdoh is something that Carson works with just about daily. He has SPD as well and this is something OT wants him to do to help him with getting his hands "messy". I hope that one day Carson can make great trains like that. Did they make those by themselves or was it a playdoh speciality pack? Pretty cool.

I don't know if you ever saw the pics of the resturaunt with all of the trains in it but Carson has loved trains since we first took him there. I plan on taking him back as soon as his throat feels better.

Hope you have a great weekend.

Too cool, where did you get that train kit? My DS is a train freak too, he would love that!

@Sandi - I caught Bitty trying to eat some playdoh the other day too... unfortunately one of our playdoh sets makes pretend food and has a plate and fork, he took it literally.

@my three sons - it's a specialty pack, basically he took a blob of playdoh and attached the pieces :).

@julie - it's been so long I don't remember where we got it, probably either Walmart, Target, or Toys'R'Us.

I don't blame the boys at all for their love of trains. My little boy loves trains too. :) What wonderful play doh creations too.

Playdoh is a fun and educational toy as well. Your boys are pretty creative with those trains. :-)
