... five years from now??
Here's Cuddlebug (grey shirt) and Bearhug (blue shirt) five years ago, at age 2:
And here they are just a week or so ago, at age 7 (Cuddlebug is wearing a hat):
Can you say "sensory-seekers"? LOL, this is why we aren't buying a new couch until all the boys are grown and have their own couches to climb on :).
Just for fun, since we're on the topic, here's a video I did a while back, enjoy!

Very cute! I love looking back at then and now.
some things never change, huh?
They look like they are tons of fun!
Happy WW
My older boys are 15 and 12 and they still jump on the couch or the beds and chase their little sisters around the house. Boys wil be boys! Great pictures!
So funny! My kids are really into removing couch cushions, too (and jumping and rolling on them). Thanks for the warning that they might not grow out of that fascination for quite some time!
Great photo's. They have really grown but still up to the same ole couch play!!
Take care and Happy WW

Looks like my house!
I loved the slide on the video. That cracked me up. I have one child with Autism and he's always playing in the cushions!
I guess boys will be boys. I'm with you, I'm not buying new furniture until my kiddos are out of the house.
Interesting to me when you call it Sensory seeking! Because Little BEar does that same thing, QUITE a lot! In fact a lot of times she actually comes home from school, gets on the couch, and flips upside down and just hangs there! I gotta admit I holler at her for it... mostly cause we did just get new couches a few months ago... but you've made me think, maybe SHE is seeking sensory input too??????
LOL. Couch play...what fun!
CUTE video! I love the cushion slide; it reminds me of a time when my parents would put our twin mattresses on the stairs and let us slide down!
Oh my, this look so very familiar! We have the same mindset about our couches, as much as I'd like new ones!
