Just wanted to share a couple of cute / sweet quotes from tonight. LB had another of his lengthy bedtime meltdowns so it took a while to get him to sleep, but when he finally fell asleep I went upstairs to check on BH and CB. I found them both awake so I took a few minutes to cuddle with each of them. Here are some of their quotes:
CB: I call you 'mama' for a reason, because you're my mom.
CB: I love you.
me: I love you too. (hug)
CB: Yeah, we love each other.
me (to BH): Can I cuddle with you?
BH: Of course, you can always cuddle, you don't have to ask.
me: Thanks, I'll remember that.
BH: You don't have to remember, you can ask if you want.
me: Ok, thanks (hug)
BH: So which do you choose? Choice #1 is remember and don't ask. Choice #2 is don't remember and ask. Choice #3 is both
me: I think I'll go with #3.
BH: Ok!
