A day at "River" Park: part 1

Last weekend we took the boys to a nearby park with a little creek (which earned it the name "River" park from Cuddlebug and Bearhug) and a lake, and I have lots of pictures to share :).

We took some bread to feed the geese. This one was bold enough to come right up to dh. His webbed feet were actually partly on top of dh's shoe.

He ate right out of dh's hand.

We attracted a lot of geese.

Little Bitty had fun getting his feet wet, but he didn't like getting sand on them when he stepped out of the water.

My handsome Bearhug

Bitty really wanted to jump in for a swim...

...but we convinced him to sit and feed the geese instead.

Bitty brought his trains along to play with too.

There goes Bearhug... sticking his tongue out again. :P

Cuddlebug and Bearhug had a great time following the "river's" trail back and forth. I had to keep telling them to slow down though, because the rock was slippery.

It really is a beautiful place and I bet the boys had a great time. Feeding the geese looks like a blast too.

Wow, looks like a wonderful time for everyone! Those are awesome pictures, love the one with Little Bitty feeding the geese. He sure can't get enough of his toy trains and even brought them to the park :)
