Hi - Genevieve (mother of confusion) sent me! Welcome to the blogosphere and to the autism awareness bloggers. I like this guest book idea; it is cute.
I am happy to sign your guest book. Thank you for your time and patience with your plate being so full. I am the mother of four healthy adult daughters and now the grandmother of two grandchildren one of them being my three year old grandson michael who is the love of my life and is autistic. Life has become a challenge as I try to help take care him as often as I can. If I could sell all my hugs and kisses I have given him over the last three years we would be millionaires. Any advice on how to deal with the everyday meltdowns which seem to get worse with age would be so greatly appreciated. God bless you and your beautiful family. Thanks Principina
Principina - that's awesome that you are so involved with your grandson :). I'm definitely going to be posting about meltdowns, I have a lot to say about that though, so I haven't quite figured out where to start!
You make a good point about meltdowns, we also noticed that with our older boys up to a point their meltdowns got worse as they got older (we're there w/ our 3-yr-old right now!) but then once they got to be about 4-5 yrs old we started noticing the opposite, that things got better with time.
It takes time but it does get better!! Stay tuned, I'll be posting on that topic soon.
Hello, I am new to the Autism bloggers world but I decided to drop by. I Love your blog and look forward to reading it. You are more than welcome to come read mine as well.
Hi--I'm a new blogger and just found your site. I have one son on the spectrum (about 5 different diagnoses at this point but we just found a good OT so at least we are moving forward), so I have a lot to learn about the spectrum and blogging. Thanks for sharing your story.
Hi, I found your blog from a blognetnews. I too have a son with autism. Nice blog! Check mine out if you want to. Bobbi http://mixedblessings4.blogspot.com/
Hello! Just heading over here to sign your guest book! I just gave you two blogging awards (because you have a great blog)! Head over to my blog to check them out.
I like how your blog is set up with the links at the top to different things.

Danette! I'm so glad to have found you! Of coarse your intenet savy skill has made that SO EASY! I sat down, bracing myself for a long search and boom there you are! I'm so relieved. I saw your video and loved it! I want to reconnect with you and your family! Write me at mominzion@yahoo.com. Your family looks great! -Barbara Sanders Floyd
