Snow day, part 1

Last Friday we had a "snow day" although technically the reason the schools were closed was due to ice on the roads; there was not that much snow. But that didn't stop Cuddlebug and Bearhug from making the most of the rare opportunity to have a snowball fight, even if it meant carefully scraping together enough snow to make a snowball :).

Bearhug and Cuddlebug (Cuddlebug has the yellow stripe on his coat)

Not much snow... you can still see the grass poking through.

Orion snuck out of the house to play in the snow too. He went back in pretty quick, it was about 18 degrees out.

Meanwhile Bitty was inside playing with his trains.

Cuddlebug came inside first, here he is warming up by the fire.

Bearhug came in a few minutes later, and the next thing I knew, he and Cuddlebug had made themselves a little "bed" in front of the fire to relax and read while they warmed up :).
