SOOC Saturday: Pine cone

Taken on a recent walk at the park.

Little Bitty kept stopping to pick up pine cones and throw them, as far as his little arms could throw.

Memories of Cuddlebug and Bearhug at the same age, also fascinated by pine cones. They threw them too, but Cuddlebug preferred to collect them and make neat pine cone rows. :)

My own son would do the same thing, right down to lining them in rows. Maybe it's a guy thing?

Beautiful shot! Pine cones are fascinating toys, aren't they!

I love pine cones! My daughter used to do the same thing as Little Bitty...pick up every pine cone on our walks and throw them :-)

My kiddos love pinecones too! Although having girls they want to keep them forever! ;)

Great shot - and a classic description of what little boys like to do with their little collections! :)

Sadly we have no pine cones in this neck of the woods to throw, the odd coconut perhaps, but they are not so easy for a little one to throw :0)
I love the shot...did you use a fill flash or is it natural light?

Have a great week
Cheers

@Jewelz - it's natural light. I loved the light in your SOOC shot, but had trouble leaving a comment...
