I especially like what she said about not breaking down the wall, but climbing it. I worry about this with my son. He hasn't been diagnosed yet, but we think he may have Asperger's. I struggle with what I should teach him. Do I try to minimize his quirks so he can fit in better or does that change who he is? Shouldn't people accept him for who he is?
